What the service may include
Electronics and e-waste pickup by prior confirmation
Electronic items can contain batteries, stored personal information, glass, refrigerants or other regulated components. A complete list and clear photos are required so the load can be assessed before booking.

Information needed for review
- Device type and quantity
- Whether batteries are installed, swollen, leaking or damaged
- Whether any screen or glass is broken
- Whether data-bearing devices have been wiped
- Stairs, elevator, parking and carrying distance
Important: Customers remain responsible for protecting and deleting personal or business data. Damaged batteries, hazardous components, leaking devices and regulated materials must be disclosed and may not be accepted.
Planning and access
Protect data and separate damaged items
Back up any information you need, sign out of accounts, remove SIM or memory cards, and complete secure data deletion before pickup. Keep damaged batteries or broken screens separate and disclose them in the quote request.
Common questions
Does A2Z erase data from electronics?
No. Customers should complete appropriate data deletion and remove personal information before pickup.
Are batteries accepted?
Battery-containing devices require advance disclosure. Damaged, swollen or leaking batteries may not be accepted.
Is every electronic item recycled?
No blanket recycling percentage is promised. Available handling depends on the item and the receiving or disposal options available for that load.
