What the service may include
Outdoor debris loads that may be reviewed
Yard waste can become heavy and difficult to load when it is wet, mixed with soil or bundled in oversized lengths. Preparing the material properly helps determine whether the load is suitable for pickup.

Information needed for review
- Wide photo showing the complete pile
- Approximate branch length and pile dimensions
- Whether material is wet, muddy or mixed with soil
- Any thorns, sharp wire, nails or hidden debris
- Distance from the pile to legal truck parking
Important: Soil, contaminated material, chemicals, pesticides, treated wood, stumps, oversized logs and unusually heavy loads require specific approval and may not be accepted.
Planning and access
Bundle, bag and disclose heavy material
Keep branches manageable, use bags that can be lifted safely, and do not hide soil, rocks, wire, chemicals or sharp material inside yard-waste bags. Keep the load clear of parked vehicles, overhead lines and unsafe access.
Common questions
Do branches need to be cut?
Yes, manageable lengths and bundles make the load safer to assess and handle. Include a photo with a size reference.
Is soil or sod accepted?
Soil, sod and similar heavy material require separate review because weight and disposal requirements differ from ordinary yard waste.
Can wet yard waste be picked up?
Wet material may be much heavier than it appears. Disclose current conditions and send current photos before booking.
