Renovation debris should be identified by material rather than treated as general garbage. Drywall, lumber, tile, concrete, fixtures, insulation and mixed materials can have different handling and disposal requirements.

Important: This is debris haul-away, not a promise of detailed construction cleaning, demolition or hazardous-material removal. Asbestos, lead-contaminated material and other regulated hazards require appropriate specialist handling.

Separate concrete, tile and soil from lighter debris, keep sharp items visible, and avoid overfilling bags. Confirm building rules, elevator reservations and contractor access before scheduling.
