Deck & Patio Debris Pickup

Haul-away of suitable dismantled deck, patio and outdoor project debris after the material, weight, fasteners and loading conditions are reviewed.

What the service may include

Debris pickup after dismantling or project work

Deck and patio materials can include long boards, protruding nails, concrete, pavers, treated lumber, metal, glass and soil. The exact material and whether it is already dismantled must be clear before booking.

  • Dismantled deck boards and framing
  • Selected patio pavers or non-hazardous materials
  • Outdoor railings and fixtures after review
  • Bagged or bundled project debris
  • Mixed outdoor renovation loads after photo review

Information needed for review

  • Whether the structure is already dismantled
  • Material type, length and approximate volume
  • Nails, screws, glass or sharp edges
  • Concrete, pavers, soil or treated material
  • Loading access and parking distance

Important: This page is primarily for debris pickup. Demolition, structural dismantling and cutting are not included unless separately and expressly confirmed.

Planning and access

Separate heavy and sharp materials

Stack lumber in manageable lengths, bend or protect protruding fasteners where safely possible, and keep concrete or pavers separate from lighter debris. Do not conceal glass, soil or sharp metal in mixed piles.

Common questions

Does A2Z demolish decks or patios?

Do not assume demolition is included. This page describes debris pickup; any dismantling must be separately confirmed.

Are concrete and pavers accepted?

They require advance review because weight, loading and disposal differ from ordinary wood debris.

Can treated lumber be picked up?

Material type must be disclosed. Acceptance and disposal arrangements depend on the actual load.

Where service may be available

A2Z is based in St. Thomas and reviews extended-area requests across Southwestern Ontario and selected nearby regions. Availability is not a claim of a branch office in every city.
