What the service may include
Attic cleanouts require detailed access review
Attics may have ladders, small access openings, unfinished floors, exposed insulation, heat, electrical hazards and limited movement space. The work must be assessed carefully before scheduling.

- Small furniture or shelving that fits the access
- Seasonal decorations and general clutter
- Staged removal from finished attic rooms
- Selected non-hazardous renovation debris after review

- Photo of the attic access and ladder or stairs
- Access opening measurements
- Headroom and whether the attic has a finished floor
- Temperature and ventilation conditions
- Insulation, pests, mold, wiring or structural concerns
Important: A2Z does not promise work in an unsafe unfinished attic, or where there is active mold, pests, damaged insulation, structural risk, biohazards or hazardous material.
Planning and access
Do not overfill the access path
Keep the landing below the attic access clear and do not pile items on an unstable ladder or unfinished joists. Identify anything fragile, valuable or intended to remain before the crew arrives.
Common questions
Can A2Z work from a pull-down attic ladder?
Only after the access, ladder condition, opening size, load and safety are reviewed.
Is insulation removal included?
Do not assume insulation removal is included. Insulation can involve contamination, pests or specialized disposal and requires separate review.
What if the attic has mold?
Disclose it. A2Z does not present ordinary attic cleanout as mold remediation.
